Shopping System I have special shipping options, will the software handle them? Yes, like all of the features in the shopping system, the shipping options are fully customizable. I don't like the look of the shopping cart screens, can I change them? All of the application screens are done is separate panels and can be customize at the mall level and shop level. How easy is it to setup a shop? Setting up a shop is done through our Mall Administrator to configure your system. It takes about 5 minutes to setup a new shop. Goldpaint builds the shop and provides you with a front door, product database etc. From there all you do is place your buy buttons on your webpages. Can I create more than one shop? When you purchase a the professional package you have the ability to setup as many shops as you like. This does not cost extra for each shop. Currently, we have a customer who has setup over 700 shops with one mall version. Does the software use cookies? The software now has the ability to use cookies and also turn it off when necessary. Although cookies is an great system for tracking customers through your website, not every browser out there supports cookies. This can limited the amount of people who have access to your shop. Can I use my secured server certificate such as verisign? Yes, the software can be used with your secured server certificate. It is easy to configure this in your mall administrator. Simply indicate the secured port number in the admin screen and hit apply. Your done, the system will do the rest. I am an ISP and want to create shops in other domains on my system? Although you can create as many shops under your domain as you want at no extra charge, we have found that ISP's require specials needs in order to provide shopping cart for other virtual domains on their servers.
